The second letter of the Apostle Paul to the believers in Corinth 

Can a person start a new life? In the second letter of the Apostle Paul to the believers in Corinth, God says:

 “For this reason, if one is in Christ behold he has been born anew; what is old has passed and what is new has come. All this is from God, he reconciled us with him through Christ and he permitted us to preach this covenant of reconciliation.” 2 Corinthians 5:17-18
